Family members and police are seeking help to locate a missing 14-year-old girl named Amoria Brown and her 3-week-old daughter, Omoria, who have disappeared in the East Los Angeles area. They were last seen on Sunday evening and are believed to be traveling to the high desert north of Los Angeles with family. Amoria’s guardian, Raquel Brown, expressed concern for the baby’s health due to her heart condition and emphasized that Amoria is not a bad mother, but simply young and in need of support.
Although Amoria contacted her family to confirm she and the baby are safe, their current whereabouts are unknown. Police have released photos of the missing girl in an effort to locate her. Initially, the disappearance notice also included a missing 15-year-old girl described as Brown’s sister-in-law, but she has since been reunited with her family. The family is urging anyone with information about Amoria and Omoria’s whereabouts to come forward. They are hoping for a safe return of both mother and child.
