The year 2024 has seen a multitude of Korean dramas being released, but not all have been well-received by viewers. Lifestyle Asia Bangkok recently compiled a list of the 13 lowest-rated Korean dramas of the year so far.
One of the dramas that made the list is “Revolutionary Love”, a romantic comedy that failed to impress audiences with its lackluster plot and character development. Another entry is “The Package”, which was criticized for its slow pacing and uninteresting storyline.
Other dramas on the list include “Mad Dog”, “Misty”, and “Black Knight: The Man Who Guards Me”, all of which received poor ratings for various reasons such as weak character development, predictable plots, and lackluster performances.
Despite these low ratings, the Korean drama industry continues to thrive with popular shows like “Vincenzo”, “Hospital Playlist”, and “Kingdom” receiving high praise from viewers and critics alike.
While not every drama can be a hit, it is clear that audiences are still hungry for engaging and well-produced content. As the year continues, it will be interesting to see if any of the lowest-rated dramas on this list are able to turn things around and win over viewers in the end.
