Joanne and her team at the Post Office in Ketchikan have been spreading holiday cheer by beautifully decorating the station with garland and festive symbols. The atmosphere at the Post Office is always friendly and uplifting, making every visit a pleasant experience. In the 38 years that I have been a customer, I have never encountered a grumpy employee or received a subpar service.
