Alaska Airlines recently launched a seasonal non-stop flight from Boise, Idaho to Orlando, Florida, making it easier for travelers to reach popular destinations like Disney World. The flight will operate two to three times a week until March 25th, 2025. The inaugural flight took off on January 8th and was well-received by excited passengers, many of whom were wearing Disney-themed clothing.
Boise Airport spokesperson Jennifer Kronberg noted the increased demand for more direct flights due to the growth in the Treasure Valley. Flight 766 to Orlando was nearly full, highlighting the popularity of the new route. Kronberg emphasized the various reasons people travel to Orlando, from amusement parks to conferences and family visits.
