Retired UFC fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov was involved in a seating dispute with Alaska Airlines staff at the Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas. Footage of the incident shows Nurmagomedov being asked by a flight attendant if he was prepared to assist other passengers in an emergency while seated in the exit row. The 36-year-old responded that he had fully complied with the crew during boarding and questioned why the issue had arisen.
In the video, the flight attendant informs Nurmagomedov that he cannot sit in the exit row and gives him the option to take a different seat or be escorted off the plane. Despite offers of alternative seating and flights, Nurmagomedov was eventually escorted off the aircraft, along with his companions. The incident occurred on January 11 as Nurmagomedov was reportedly travelling to California to support his teammates for an upcoming UFC event.
