Capella Hotels & Resorts’ debut property in Taiwan, Capella Taipei, has officially opened its doors and introduced Aiello’s AI technology to enhance guest experiences. The hotel’s 86 rooms and suites are equipped with the Aiello Voice Assistant (AVA), providing 24/7 concierge services through voice commands for personalized experiences.
The collaboration between Capella Taipei and Aiello reflects a mutual commitment to integrating advanced technology into luxury hospitality settings. Dennis Laubenstein, General Manager of Capella Taipei, highlighted AVA’s multilingual capabilities and round-the-clock service, aligning with the hotel’s dedication to providing exceptional guest service.
AVA’s integration with hotel management systems optimizes operations by automating guest requests, addressing challenges such as workforce shortages. Aiello’s launch of Aiello GuestWeb, a digital concierge service available in 58 languages, complements the AI technology in place at Capella Taipei.
Aiello’s CEO, Vic Shen, emphasized the company’s AI-driven data solutions for hotels, empowering teams with insights to refine strategies and boost revenue growth. The comprehensive management platform, AielloOne, supports integration across guest experiences, setting a precedent for efficient and competitive hospitality operations.
Capella Taipei’s adoption of Aiello technology sets the stage for future upscale hotel initiatives with AI-driven guest interactions. Aiello’s expansion strategy aims to advance intelligent hospitality solutions globally, paving the way for a more technologically advanced and personalized guest experience.
