Honeywell Aerospace Technologies conducts anti-collision technology testing in Albany


Charlotte-based aviation manufacturing company, Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, conducted a successful test of new aircraft anti-collision technology at the Southwest Georgia Regional Airport on April 8. The purpose of this technology is to prevent accidents between aircrafts, with the goal of reducing the number of Civil Aviation accidents, which totaled over 1,200 in 2023, with nearly 200 being fatal.
