Wisconsin Cheese is offering a unique way to show off your Wisconsin pride at this year’s Kentucky Derby party with their Rinds & Roses Collection. This collection features six award-winning Wisconsin cheeses transformed into fancy fascinator hats called “Fromaginators” in collaboration with hat designer Christine A. Moore.
The hats, which retail between $1,500 and $3,000, will be available for sale on the Wisconsin Cheese website with all proceeds benefiting the Barnstable Brown Diabetes Center at the University of Kentucky. The limited-edition collection includes three designs inspired by Wisconsin cheeses and handmade with silk roses, imitation cheeses, feathers, faux flowers, and fruit.
Wisconsin Cheese Chief Marketing Officer Suzanne Fanning described the collection as a fusion of fashion and flavor, perfect for both Derby fans and cheese lovers looking to celebrate in style. The hats will be available for purchase on April 11, 2025, at WisconsinCheese.com/RindsAndRosesCollection.
