The agreement includes providing technology licensing, engineering design, and equipment for a hydrogen facility that will utilize KBR’s proprietary ammonia cracking technology. This plant aims to produce clean hydrogen to support Korea’s decarbonization goals.
KBR’s H2ACT® technology has been selected by Hanwha for large-scale hydrogen production in the past, and this new contract is expected to enhance the cost-efficiency of the project.
