Alaska Airlines is set to introduce a new 100% plant-based and gluten-free dish in partnership with Evergreens™ this spring. The collaboration will feature the Best Laid Plants grain bowl, created by Evergreens’ culinary team, and will include Chimichurri Tofu, avocado, quinoa, and Mango Habanero Dressing. This flavorful and satisfying option will be available for pre-order on most Alaska Airlines flights over 1,100 miles starting April 30.
“We are thrilled to offer our Main Cabin guests a delicious plant-based meal option that showcases Evergreens’ bold and customizable flavors,” said an Alaska Airlines spokesperson. “We are committed to providing a premium dining experience for all of our guests, no matter where they sit on the plane.”
Evergreens™, a Seattle-based fast-casual restaurant, is known for its fresh and healthy salads, wraps, and bowls. The collaboration with Alaska Airlines marks an exciting expansion for the popular restaurant chain, bringing their signature dishes to new heights – literally.
