Azamara Cruises is set to introduce immersive new Cruisetour packages for Alaska in 2026, offering guests a chance to explore beyond the coastline. These new land journeys will complement Azamara’s 10 Alaska voyages aboard Azamara Pursuit and feature scenic rail trips, cultural experiences, and encounters with wildlife. Mike Pawlus, the head of itinerary planning at Azamara Cruises, expressed excitement about these new offerings, stating that they provide a fresh and immersive way to experience the region.
The Alaska Cruisetours will offer nine distinct land programs ranging from two to six nights and will depart from Whittier, Alaska, and Vancouver, BC, Canada. Each package will include hotel accommodations, transfers, luggage handling, professional guides, admission fees, and select meals. Exclusive experiences include a special presentation at the Denali Discovery Center and a visit to a working farm to learn about Alaska’s unique agricultural landscape.
Guests can choose from various Cruisetour options, including wilderness stays, rail journeys, and cultural explorations. From Alyeska, Nordic Spa & Wildlife to Canadian Rockies by Rocky Mountaineer, guests can tailor their experiences to suit their preferences.
Included in every Alaska sailing is an exclusive and complimentary AzAmazing Evening, with the Alaskan edition featuring the renowned Lumberjack Show. With these new Cruisetours, Azamara Cruises aims to provide guests with unforgettable and enriching experiences in Alaska, showcasing the beauty and diversity of the region.
